To achieve
the aims and objectivesd of the CMP the
following activities have been carried out
fropm 01 April 09 onwards.
-
Time Table - The timetable
has been redesigned and has been
suitably modified for making 02 block
periods for each subject in a week
and 01 block period for 2 subjects in a
day.
- The
distribution of teachers has been
done under
Class
5 (4Teachers)
3.
Class Library – 1 Block period for
library taken by the class teacher is being
followed ech class has sufficiently large
box, big colourful, entertaining, value
based books.This box is periodically rotated
between the various classes to ensure
regular availability of new books.
4.
CCA – Calendar for the CCA had been
drawn up at the beginning of the session and
has been duely followed.Distribution of
houses and house meetings was organized and
as a part of this, annual function was held
on 29th April 09 and large no. of
prizes were awarded to the participants.
5. Festival Celebration –Raksha Bandhan was
celebrated on 4th August 09 at
school level during assembly. At class
level, students were made to write- up- of 5
-10 lines on Raksha Bandhan. Later a Card
Making competition was also held.
6.Film Show – The following films were shown
to various classes through LCD Projector in
The Conference Hall
Class 1,2 – MOGLI
Clas 3,4 – Tenaliraman
Class 5 – Shahid Bhagat Singh
7.Sports Items – Indoor and Outdoor games
items like balls , footballs, flying disks,
skiping ropes, snake n laders have been
provided. These are kept in the HMs room and
issued to concerned teachers as per the time
table.
8. Subject Committee Meeting -= This meeting
is conducted once or twice a month. Points
of the last meeting and its implementation
is told to all and points for the present
meeting are discussed.
9. T.L.M (Teaching Learning Material)
–Special emphasis is laid on efficient
teaching with aid of T.L.M . In this regard
it is decided in the subject committee
meeting about thte TLM required during the
month and are thus procured .A sum of rupees
2000 is earmarked for the purpose and this
amount is utilized judiciously.
All teachers have been duly instructed to
keep a proper record of TLM used while
teaching in there diary. Activity based
teaching by Power point presentation and
worksheet is been carried out regularly.
This is regularly monitored by HM and record
made accordingly.
10.Parent Teacher Assosiation – PTA meeting
was held on 7th august in which
report cards were shown.Parents were also
advised on the weeknesses and points for
improvements of their wards.
A) Patriotic Song Competition on 15th
August.
B) Slogan writing compt for 3,4,5th
classes on 29th
August 09.
C) 50 Meters Race(Banana Race) for classes I
and II on 29.08.09.
